We have rental homes ranging from 1 bedroom apartments up to 4 bedroom homes. All of our properties are located in either York or Adams counties. Homes have been recently renovated with new flooring, paint, appliances & more!

Regarding our rental process, we do ask all seriously interested people to submit an application. The application is through Zillow.com. It will run a background check and credit report (there is typically a fee that gets paid directly to Zillow, NOT to our company). Zillow describes the credit check as a ‘soft pull’, so there is NO effect on your credit score. We understand that there are many variables that can poorly affect a credit score. We do hope for higher scores, but are open to hearing explanations if an applicant would like to address their credit score. On the application, you need to provide your income/job description. We will need to see proof of income via pictures of pay stubs, W-2’s, etc. We may also ask to see bank statements.
Our selection process is simple. We review all submitted applications, select the applications that seem to be the best fit, and then reach out to these applicants to schedule a showing. Once we find out which applicants would like to move forward with signing a lease, we will decide to offer the home to the applicant who we think is best suited for the home.
Regarding Pets: We are typically pet friendly and allow pets in many of our rental homes. There are some properties that are not suited well for some pets. Example- a 4 unit apartment with little yard space is not suited for a large dog. We typically charge a pet fee of around $25-35/month.
